How our coverage is organised

Rather than a single list of towns, we have built area pages around how people actually search. Greater London is split into seven areas: Central, North, East, South, South East, South West and West London, each with its own notes on venues, parking and access. Around the capital we cover thirteen counties: Kent, Surrey, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hampshire, West Sussex, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire.

Within those counties, nine towns and cities get a dedicated page because we are asked about them so often: Oxford, Reading, Slough, Aylesbury, Luton, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Northampton and Bromley. Each page covers local venue types, access quirks and which booths tend to suit the rooms there. If your town is not named, it is almost certainly inside one of the county pages, and the quote process is identical.

Travel and delivery

Delivery, setup and pack-down are free on every booking across our service area. We plan the journey when we quote, allowing for the time of day, the route and any venue restrictions, so the booth is ready before guests arrive rather than being built around them. For the longest journeys, towards Nottinghamshire for example, we schedule the day around the drive and confirm on the quote whether any travel contribution applies.

London bookings come with their own practicalities. The Congestion Charge and ULEZ are handled on our side, and we ask about loading bays, goods lifts and timed access when we confirm, as central venues often give suppliers a tight window. Where a venue is on an upper floor without a lift, tell us early and we will choose a booth that is easy to carry.

How setup works wherever you are

The process is the same in a barn on the Cotswold edge, a Southend seafront hotel or a Wembley banqueting suite. We arrive ahead of the hire start, unload, build the booth, test the camera, lighting and printer, then dress the area with props and the guest book. Setup is not deducted from your hire time. At the end we pack down quietly, and your digital gallery follows after the event. The attendant stays for the whole hire, whichever area you are in.

What to tell us about your venue

A few details about the venue let us plan properly and avoid surprises on the day. None of them are deal-breakers; they simply decide which booth we recommend, how early we arrive and whether we bring a trolley for the heavier kit.

If you are not sure about some of these, send us the venue coordinator's details and we will ask them directly. We regularly work in hotels, barns, village halls, golf clubs, marquees, school halls, community centres and conference centres, so most layouts are familiar to us.

Our regular area stretches from the South Coast up to Nottinghamshire and from Oxfordshire across to the Essex coast and Cambridgeshire. If your venue sits just outside that, ask anyway.
