Every package includes a custom overlay designed to your brand guidelines. Logo, colours, campaign strapline, hashtag and event name are placed on the print and carried through to the digital copies guests receive by email, so the image that ends up on someone's phone or on social media still carries your name. The booth start screen can be branded too, and for digital-first events we produce an animated overlay for GIFs and boomerangs.

Send us a logo file and your brand colours, or a full artwork brief from your agency, and we will return a proof for sign-off well before the event. Changes are no trouble, and the approved design is locked in so what appears on the night is exactly what your marketing team approved.

Data capture, consent and GDPR

If you want to collect email addresses for marketing, the booth can ask for them, but guests always choose whether to enter one. Email collection is opt-in and a guest can simply take their print and walk away. If you would rather not collect anything, we switch email and social sharing off entirely and guests receive prints only, which is often the right call for events with external attendees or a sensitive audience.

Images are held securely after the event and handed to you on USB or as a download where that is part of the package. We only keep images as long as you need us to, and we delete them once you confirm you have everything. If your procurement or legal team needs our data handling arrangements in writing, ask and we will set them out.

Events where a booth earns its place

Awards nights are the obvious fit: a booth beside the drinks reception gives tables something to do between courses and gives the comms team a stream of branded images before the first award is handed out. Christmas parties are the busiest season and the dates go early. Product launches use the booth as a backdrop for the new product, and exhibition stands use it to stop foot traffic and open a conversation.

The GIF Booth for social-first activations

When the point is content rather than keepsakes, the GIF Booth is the one to book. It is the same slim hardware as the LCD SlimPod but digital-only: GIFs, boomerangs and stills delivered instantly by email or QR code, with your animated overlay on every file and smart background removal so guests can be dropped onto a branded backdrop without a green screen. It has the smallest footprint of anything we hire, 1.5m by 2m on one socket, which is why it works on an exhibition stand where every square metre is paid for.

Working with venue AV teams and your compliance checklist

Conference centres and hotels usually have an in-house AV team and a list of supplier requirements. We liaise with them on load-in, power and positioning, bring our own extension leads and keep cables tidy and taped down. Our risk assessment and public liability insurance documents are available on request and can be sent ahead of the event for the venue file. If the venue needs a specific arrival window or a named contact on site, let us know when you book and we will work to it.

Which booth suits a corporate event

For a hotel ballroom or awards dinner, the Magic Mirror gives the most presence and takes up to eight people in a shot. For a networking break or a stand where floor space is tight, the LCD SlimPod or GIF Booth fit in 1.5m by 2m with one socket. The Selfie Mirror Pod sits between the two: DSLR quality, an instant print for each guest and a USB of everything handed over at the end.

Invoicing, purchase orders and how to book

We invoice in the normal way and will quote your purchase order number on the invoice. Packages start from £299; an £80 deposit secures the date and the balance is due one month before the event. Every booking includes a professional attendant, free delivery, setup and pack-down, unlimited sessions, props, your branded template, digital copies and full public liability insurance.

Send over the date, venue and expected headcount and we reply within 24 hours with a quote. We are a mobile service across London, the Home Counties, the South East, the East of England and the Midlands, so a regional roadshow or a multi-site Christmas party can be covered by the same team.
