The booth that lights up the room

The Inflatable Booth is a cube roughly 2.5 metres in every direction, inflated on site and lit from inside by LEDs so the whole structure glows. From across a marquee or a hotel ballroom it reads as a light installation; up close it is a spacious enclosed booth with a camera, screen and printer inside.

Guests enter through the doorway, gather in front of the camera and tap the screen. The booth counts down, captures a set of shots, and offers GIFs and filters alongside stills. Prints are produced for each person in the group, and the attendant manages the flow of people in and out so nobody is left outside wondering whose turn it is.

Space requirements: 4m by 4m and two sockets

This is the largest booth we hire, and it needs room to match. Allow a floor area of 4 metres by 4 metres and a ceiling height of at least 3 metres, because the inflated structure stands around 2.5 metres tall and needs clearance above it. Two standard plug sockets are required, and we bring our own extension leads.

Marquees, barns, sports halls and large function rooms all take it comfortably. Village halls and smaller hotel suites often do not, so measure before booking and send us a photo of the room if you are unsure. Ground-floor venues are easiest; the booth travels deflated in bags, but it is bulky, so tell us in advance about stairs, narrow corridors or a long walk from the car park.

Ten people, one photo

Up to ten people can be inside and in shot at the same time, which no other booth we offer can match. That makes it ideal for sports teams, hen parties, extended families and office departments who want one picture with everyone in it. A session takes a little over a minute given the time it takes ten people to get in and arrange themselves, so expect around thirty to thirty-five groups an hour. The glow attracts a crowd, so the booth rarely sits idle, and unlimited sessions mean nobody is turned away.

Prints for everyone, USB and email

Everyone in the shot receives a print on your template, so a group of ten produces ten prints. The guest book gets a copy as well, with space for a message. All images and GIFs are saved digitally, delivered on a USB stick at the end of the hire, and guests can email photos to themselves from the booth during the evening.

Colour matching and branding

The LED glow can be set to a colour that matches your event, whether that is the wedding palette, a company brand colour or a themed birthday. The print template is built around the same colours and carries your names, date or logo, and the welcome page on the screen can show your artwork. Props are included, with themed sets available on request.
