What to include in your enquiry
The more we know up front, the faster we can send an accurate quote rather than a list of questions. You do not need to have everything decided, and a rough idea is fine, but these six details let us check availability, plan the journey and recommend the right booth in a single reply.
If you are unsure which booth suits the room, tell us a little about the space instead, such as whether it is a hotel function suite, a barn, a marquee or a school hall, and roughly how much floor area is free. We will suggest one or two options that fit and explain the difference between them.

- Venue name or postcode so we can plan travel and access
- Approximate guest numbers
- Type of event: wedding, corporate, prom, birthday or something else
- The booth you are interested in, if you have a favourite
- How many hours you would like the booth running, and from what time
What happens next
We reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner during the day, with a written quote. It covers the booth, the hire length, everything included as standard and any optional extras you asked about, such as additional hours or a green screen. Packages start from £299 and the quote is the full price, with delivery, setup, pack-down and the attendant already in it.
To secure the date, pay the £80 deposit and we send a booking confirmation with our terms. The balance is due one month before the event. Between booking and the day itself we will be in touch about the print template, your logo or colours, venue contact details and arrival timings, so there is nothing for you to chase.

Email works well for detailed briefs, floor plans and anything you would like in writing. Whichever you choose, the same team answers and your enquiry lands with someone who can actually quote.

If you already know the booth and the date, the availability checker on our site shows whether we are free and lets you reserve the slot with the £80 deposit straight away. You choose the booth, enter the event details and pay securely; the confirmation email arrives automatically and we follow up personally to collect the finer details.
The checker is a good first stop for popular Saturday dates, as it shows at a glance which booths are still open. If your preferred booth is already taken, we will suggest the closest alternative. Dates are only locked once the deposit is paid, so if you are still comparing options, get in touch and we will tell you how much time there is to decide.
Planners, venues and fellow suppliers
We work alongside wedding planners, venue coordinators, DJs and caterers all the time. If you are a planner enquiring for a client, tell us how you would like communication handled and we will copy you into everything. Venues that would like us on a recommended supplier list are welcome to get in touch, and we are happy to arrange a site visit for spaces with tricky access or an unusual layout.

How quickly will we hear back from you?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, and usually much sooner during the day. If your event is close and you need an answer quickly, phone or WhatsApp 07368 631 516 and say so; we will prioritise it and check availability while you are on the line.
Can we visit a showroom to see the booths?
We are a mobile service without a public showroom, so the booths are usually out at events. We can send photos and videos of any booth in a real setting, arrange a video call to walk you through the options, or visit your venue if the room has unusual access or layout.
Do we have to pay in full when we book?
No. An £80 deposit secures the date and the booth, and the balance is not due until one month before the event. Your booking confirmation sets out the dates and our terms, and we send a reminder before the balance falls due.
Can we change the booth or timings after booking?
Usually, yes. If you decide a different booth would suit the room better, or the running order moves, let us know and we will adjust the booking subject to availability. Changes made well before the balance is due are the easiest to accommodate.
