First, throughput: the attendant keeps sessions moving and a mirror booth that takes eight guests per shot clears the queue faster than a four-person pod. Second, timing: open the booth after the meal, when guests are moving between tables.

Modesty and privacy are often part of the brief. The Party Booth is fully enclosed with a curtain, so ladies can take photos without being seen by the room, and we can also run a separate ladies' session with a female-only queue managed by the attendant at an agreed time. Where the celebration is split across separate halls for men and women, we can position the booth in one hall and switch at a set point in the evening. Access, unloading and setup

The large banqueting venues in and around Slough are built for deliveries, with wide doors, level access and dedicated loading areas, and most have ample parking. Hotels near Heathrow and along the A4 have service entrances and car parks; we follow the venue's instructions and move the vehicle once the kit is inside. Gurdwara and temple halls often have specific rules about shoes, timing and where equipment can go, so we ask the organiser for those in advance and respect them on the day.

Our attendant arrives about an hour before the hire window and the build takes 45 to 60 minutes, which is never billed as hire time. Most booths run from one standard socket; the Inflatable needs two. For venues where the function room is upstairs with no goods lift, let us know and we will bring a booth that can be carried.
