Unloading, parking and setup

Luton's banqueting suites are designed for large deliveries, with loading areas, wide doors and level floors. Airport hotels have service entrances and car parks, and community centres and sports clubs usually have a car park beside the hall. Town-centre venues can be tighter, so for those we agree a loading bay in advance and move the vehicle once the booth is inside.

The attendant arrives about an hour before the hire window and the build takes 45 to 60 minutes, not charged as hire time. One standard socket is enough for all our booths except the Inflatable, and if the function room is upstairs without a lift, telling us at booking means we bring a booth that is comfortable to carry.
